2 tablespoons cup pumpkin puree

2 cups non-dairy milk (we LOVE oat/coconut)

2 teaspoons agave syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional To Serve

1 can coconut milk refrigerated for 12 hours

Note: You can use butternut squash if you don’t have pumpkin and don’t feed nutmeg/ginger powder as toxic for dogs

Peel and chop pumpkin/butternut squash into small chunks

Steam for 10/15 minutes until tender

Blend pumpkin/butternut squash into a smooth puree

Add the milk, cinnamon and honey to the blender and combine mixture

Transfer mixture to a pan and heat until simmering, do not boil.

Allow mixture to cool

To make the coconut cream scoop the hardened coconut milk from the can and leave the clear liquid behind (reserve for porridge or smoothies etc)

Whip with hand mixer or processor until light peaks form.

Pour the pumpkin spice latte into doggie bowl and serve with coconut cream.
