Delivery times posted above are estimated times only. As per our T&C's, delivery may take up to 15 working days. Full terms and conditions can be found here.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we (or our carrier) will leave a note to re-arrange delivery.
RETURNS
If your order is damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@soopapets.com. We're open 9am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
