DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery times posted above are estimated times only. As per our T&C's delivery make take up to 15 working days. Full terms and conditions can be found here.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we (or our carrier) will leave you a note that we (or our carrier) has attempted to make delivery of the Goods. You should follow the instructions of the note to re-arrange delivery.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns for any orders which are damaged in the post or do not live up to your expectations. If you or your pet aren’t completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@soopapets.com. We're open 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
