The Soopa Pack is our way of rewarding your dog. You’ll earn Soopa Stars for activities on our site, including reviews and purchases. You can use them to earn Soopa Perks like money off purchases, the more you collect the more you save and the more your dogs tail wags.

Anyone can join the Soopa Pack! If you already have an account with Soopa, you will need to enrol via the *Rewards* page. If you are new to Soopa, you can create an account and will automatically be enrolled.

You can earn Soopa Stars for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, leaving reviews, signing up to our newsletter, following us on socials, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn Stars click the *Rewards* tab in the menu.

You will be able to see your Soopa Stars balance on the header of the Soopa Pack loyalty page, when you are logged in. This can be accessed via your account in the top right hand corner of the screen.

When logged into your account, accessed via the top right of your screen, select the *Soopa Pack* tab and scroll to the bottom. Here you’ll see all the rewards, referred to as Soopa Perks, we offer. If you have enough Stars, you can redeem them for a Perk.

No, go ahead and collect as many as you can.  After all, your dog will love you for it!

Approved: These Stars can be redeemed on Perks immediately

Pending: These Stars need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled: These Stars will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the Stars will
change from pending to cancelled)

Your pending Stars will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Stars. If 48 hours have passed, please contact sales@soopapets.com.

Not directly - please redeem your Stars for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

If you no longer wish to earn Stars, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any Stars you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your Stars total will begin from zero.

You'll be placed into a tier based on how much you spend in a 12-month period from your first purchase with us, since the loyalty
program launched. When you're moved into a loyalty tier, you'll have access to the exclusive perks in that tier for a minimum of 12-months.

Your loyalty tier status can be upgraded or downgraded.

Upgraded: As soon as you spend enough within 12 months to move to the next loyalty tier, your tier will be upgraded! You will then remain in that tier for a minimum of 12 months.

Downgraded: Once you've been in a tier for 12 months, we'll re-evaluate your total spend for the preceding 12 months. If you haven't spent enough to stay in your tier you're in, you'll be moved down to the tier that matches your spend.
