● 2 cups frozen peas
● 1 cup plain dairy free yogurt (we LOVE using the coconut one!)
● A few fresh mint leaves

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, blend the peas, yoghurt, and mint until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone moulds.
3. Freeze until solid.
4. Pop a minty fresh treat out for your pooch on a warm spring day.

A note from our Soopa nutritionist:

Peas, fresh or dried mint and an appropriate dairy-free yoghurt can fit many healthy adult dogs’ diets. Never use mint essential oil or yoghurt containing xylitol. Check sweetened yoghurt for diabetes, sodium levels for kidney or liver diets, and fat levels for pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (EPI). Coconut yoghurt adds cautions for pancreatitis, high blood fats, gallbladder and liver problems. Peas may not suit dogs with sensitive digestion or prescribed low-purine diets.
