These simply to make banana and chia seed cookies are full of natural goodness and low in fat. Oats are an excellent source of fibre so great for any doggies that may have overindulged this Christmas!
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoon water
2 bananas mashed
1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 plain flour (we use grain free)
Place the chia seeds and water in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes
Combine mashed banana, oats, flour, and soaked chia seeds in a bowl.
Using a tablespoon scoop up the mixture and place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
Baked at 180c degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving
Store in airtight container for 2/3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
