Soopa Pets aims to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders, with the option to upgrade to express delivery at checkout.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team at hello@sooopapets.com to initiate a return.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, applied to your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
