Ingredients
• 65g oat flour (can use any flour desired)
• 20g rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 60g mashed banana
• 60ml water
• 35–40g strawberries, finely chopped
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp water
Optional frosting
• 2 tbsp unsweetened dairy-free coconut yogurt
• 1 tbsp mashed strawberry
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan.
2. Mix chia seeds with 1 tbsp water and leave for 5 minutes to soak to a gel like
consistency.
3. Combine the flour, rolled oats and baking powder.
4. Mix banana, 60ml water, strawberries and chia gel.
5. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
6. Divide into 6 cupcake cases.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes and cool fully.
8. For the frosting, mix coconut yogurt with mashed strawberry and spread a small
amount on top.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
Suitable for all healthy dogs over 6 months. With puppies please introduce a small amount of any treats first. Suitable for dogs needing a low-fat diet
